　　华东师范大学教育信息技术系教授、博导。华东师范大学教育信息技术系系主任，华东师范大学电教中心主任，华东师范大学现代教育技术研究所所长，教育部全国中小学计算机教育研究中心上海部主任，教育部高校教育技术教学指导委员会委员，教育部高校计算机教学指导委员会委员，全国计算机辅助教育学会常务理事，教育部《现代远程教育工程》资源建设项目专家组成员。

　　有代表性的成果和荣誉：

　　长期从事现代教育技术的教学和研究工作，在计算机辅助教学、多媒体教学系统研究、计算机接口设计、以及现代远程教学应用等方面有较深的造诣。由他主持设计和开发的“电脑分析视听型教学系统”1990年获国家教委科技进步二等奖，上海市优秀新产品二等奖。“IBM有声接口”1992年获上海电教协会评比一等奖，“视听系统软件设计”1993年获全国电教协会评比二等奖。他的“远距离教学与应用” 论文1997年被全国CBE学会评为一等奖，“通讯与学习项目评价”2000年在美国佛罗里达州召开的第十一届大学教与学国际会议评为《教学和技术创新奖》。近几年来，他在国际和国内发表的论著和论文有40多篇，其代表作有《教学模式研究与比较》、《洪图编著系统》、《题库系统》、《计算机与教育》、《多媒体课堂教学系统设计》等。曾经多次赴美国、法国、德国、荷兰、日本、挪威、奥地利、新加坡、丹麦、津巴布韦、香港和澳门等国家和地区进行学术交流和参加国际会议。他承担和完成了多项国家的七.五、八.五、九.五攻关项目、美国AT&T基金会资助的《通讯与学习》国际合作项目、许多企事业单位委托的科研项目。

　　1990年被评为上海市首届高校优秀青年教师，1991年又获上海市优秀青年教师一等奖，1995年获上海市育才奖。1995年至2000年间曾担任华东师范大学教育信息技术系系主任、现代教育技术研究所所长、电教中心主任、教育部全国中小学计算机教育研究中心上海部主任等职。目前他还被聘为教育部高校教育技术教学指导委员会委员、教育部高校计算机教学指导委员会委员、教育部现代远程教育专家委员会成员、教育部基础司远程教育资源建设项目专家组成员、全国计算机辅助教育学会常务理事和全国高校教育技术协会理事等。

　　Main research field: the educational technology

　　Mr Zhang is the dean of the Department of Educational Information & Technology, director of the electronic education center, chief of the modern educational technology research institute in East China Normal University, tutor of doctors. He is also the director of the research center (Shanghai part) of national computer education, commissary of the college educational technology instructional committee and the college computer education instructional committee of ministry of education. He is the administrative director of the National Computer Assisted Instruction Association, the member of the expert group of “modern distance education project” resource construct item.

　　He works on the teaching and research of modern educational technology and make great achievements in CAI, the multimedia instructional system and the application of the modern distance education. The computer analyzing audio-visual instructional system (1990) which he designed won the second prize of the science and technology advancement of ministry of education, “the audio-visual system software design” (1993) won the second prize of the national electronic education association. His paper “the distance education and application” (1997) won the first prize of CBE Association.

　　He published more than 40 monographs and papers both in China and abroad. There are “the study and compare of the teaching mode”, “the question-base system”, “computer and education”, “the design of the multimedia instruction system” and so on.

　　He attended many international conferences and academic exchanges in USA, German, Holland, Japan, Norway, Austria, Singapore, Denmark, Zimbabwe, Hong Kong and Macao.

　　He undertook and achieved many items of the national seventh, eighth, and ninth five-year plan, the international collaborative item funded by the USA AT&T and many research items commissioned by enterprises.
