  主要研究方向:信息化教学设计,网络远程教育,知识管理技术,技术哲学

  华东师范大学教授、博导。带着数学和计算机科学的业务基础,于20世纪80年代初开始进入教育技术领域,主要从事计算机辅助教育研究。1991-1996年在荷兰Twente大学教育科技学院从事网络教育研究并获教育技术学博士学位。1996年以后历任华东师大教育信息技术系副主任、教育科学与技术学院副院长、教育信息网络中心主任、网络教育学院副院长等职,还被聘为教育部现代远程教育专家。是教育技术学和计算机应用技术两个专业的硕士生导师和教育技术学专业的博士生导师。还担任全球华人计算机教育教育应用学会的理事和网上国际学刊GCJCE的编委。

  有代表性的成果和荣誉:

  80年代主要从事有关计算机教育应用方面的科研与教学工作,曾主持国家“七五”重大科技攻关项目中有关课件开发系统的课题。90年代中期,致力于研究网络教育系统设计和应用中的社会文化与技术哲学问题,在国际上首先提出网络教学模式的文化分类框架和支持多元教育文化的通讯模型,此模型建立了由文化因素到通讯系统构量的映射关系,为深入理解网上教育系统的信息传授机理提供了可靠的理论模型。90年代后期,着重研究信息技术在中小学教育改革中的作用,提出了学校内联网的教育功能模式、信息技术在课堂教学中的作用模式、信息化教学设计原理等理论框架。目前正在主持教育部现代远程教育标准制订工作。已编写了10余本有关计算机教育应用和教育技术方面的著作,并已在国内外学刊上发表论文30余篇。

After 1996 the successive educational information technologies deputy director of Normal University of East China, such duties as vice-president of the science of education, educational information director of network center, vice-president of institute of education of network of technological institute, etc., still engaged as the modern long-range education expert of Ministry of Education.The tutors of two specialized Master degree candidates, computer application technology and education skill and the tutor of a specialized doctoral supervisor for education skill.Also serve as global Chinese director of computer education and application learn and online international academy periodical editorial member of GCJCE. Representative achievement and honor: Engaged in scientific research and teaching about computer education and application mainly in the eighties, preside over country " the Seventh Five-Year Plan Period " key research project relevant courseware’s develop systematic subject. The middle period of the 1990s, He devoted himself to studying social culture and technological philosophy problem about the design and application of the network educational system, put forward network culture categorized frame for teaching of mode and communication model to support plural education culture at first in the world. This model has been established the mapping relation from the cultural factor to constructing quantity of the communication system .and have offered the reliable theory model for understanding thoroughly systematic information teaches mechanism in online education. Later stage of the 1990s, study the role in educational reform of the middle and primary schools of the information technology emphatically, have proposed such theory frames as education function mode , the mode of role in classroom instruction of information technology , information-based teaching design principle of school Intranet ,etc.. Preside over the work of the modern teleeducation standard of Ministry of Education at present. Have already written more than 10 works about computer education and application and education skill, and has already published more than 30 theses on the academy periodical at home and abroad.
