　　主要研究方向：计算机应用、中文信息处理

　　教授（博士生导师），1963年毕业于北京师范大学物理系无线电专业研究生，现为北京师范大学信息科学学院教授，北京师范大学现代教育技术研究所所长，是我国著名的计算机专家。1993年12月被国务院学位委员会批准为我国第一为教育技术学博士生导师。

　　有代表性的成果和荣誉：

　　自1978年以来，先后七次获国家教委和北京市科技进步奖其中特别奖一次，二等奖四次，三等奖两次，一次获北京国际发明展览金奖。1992年被国家人事部授予有突出贡献专家称号，1993年被评为北京市优秀教师。1994年月入选英国剑桥世界名人录第23卷，1997年月成为美国纽约科学院院士。第一届全球华人计算机教育应用大会学术委员会主席、全球华人计算机应用大会(GCCCE)常设委员会执行委员、国际计算机教育应用学会(ICCE)执行委员、国际计算机教育促进会(AACE)亚太分会执行委员、全国教育技术学研究会理事长、中国电化教育协会副会长兼学术委员会主席、全国高等师范院校计算机教育指导组组长、全国中小学计算机教材(含教育软件)审查委员会负责人、国家现代远程教育资源建设专家组副组长、北京师范大学现代教育技术研究所所长。

　　He graduated from the department of radio of physics of Beijing Normal University in 1963,and now he is the professor of informational science institute of Beijing Normal University and the chief of research institute of Modern Educational Technology of Beijing Normal University. He is our country’s famous computer expert. The degree committee of the State Council sanctioned him to be a PhD supervisor for the first batch of educational technology in our country in December 1993.

　　Since 1978,he received the State Education Commission and progress prize in science and technology of Beijing seven times successively, among which there are one special award, four second prizes, two third awards, and one gold medal of Beijing International invented and exhibited prize. He was authorized to have expert’s title of outstanding teacher of Beijing in 1993 and selected volume 23 of Word Who’s of Cambridge of Britain in 1994.He became the academician of U.S.A New York academy of sciences in 1997.He was the First Global Academic Committee’s president of Chinese computer education and application conference, executive committee members of permanent committee of global Chinese Computer application Conference, international executive committee members of computer education and application society, international educational executive committee member of Asian-Pacific branch of association for promotion of computer, president of research association of national educational technology, association’s deputy chairman and concurrently academic committee’s president of China’s Audio-visual educational committee, education and guidance group’s leader for national higher normal college, director of examination board of computer teaching material of national middle and primary schools(including the CAI software),vice group leader of expert panel of national modern distance education resources development, and chief of research institute of modern educational technology of Beijing Normal University.
