　　主要研究方向：多媒体网络技术、网络数据库、教育技术基本理论、网络教育、协作学习、保密通信

　　北京师范大学教授、博导。1981.9-1985.7 在湖南师范大学数学系数学专业学习，获理学学士学位；1985.9-1988.7北京师范大学数学系概率统计专业攻读硕士学位，师从严士键教授和刘秀芳教授；1996.9-2000.7北京师范大学电子学系教育技术专业在职博士生，师从我国著名教育技术专家何克抗教授，于2000年获理学博士学位。他为信息学院本科生开设概率统计、数学物理方法、多媒体程序设计等课程；为硕士研究生开设模糊数学、泛函分析、多媒体技术和多媒体网络技术等课程；目前指导通信与信息系统专业（多媒体信息网络方向）、计算机应用技术（网络与信息系统方向）和教育技术学专业（教育技术基本理论方向）的硕士研究生二十余名。现为北京师范大学信息科学学院副院长，网络教育学院副院长，网络教育实验室主任。学术兼职：教育部高等学校教育技术学专业教学指导委员会委员兼秘书；教育部现代远程教育资源建设专家组成员；全国高等学校教育技术协会学术委员会委员； 第四届全球华人教育科技资讯大会（新加坡）学术委员会委员；第五届全球华人学习科技研讨会（台湾）（GCCCE/ICCAI2001）议程委员会委员； "全球华人计算机教育期刊Global Chinese Journal for Computers in Education"（香港中文大学香港教育研究所出版）编委； Program Committee Member of International Conference On Computers in Education（ICCE/Schoolnet2001）。

　　有代表性的成果和荣誉：

　　2000年北京师范大学励耘奖学助学基金第五届优秀青年教师奖；2000年北京师范大学教育教学成果一等奖；2001年北京市高等教育教学成果工学类二等奖。主持国家“九五”子课题、远程教育关键技术项目、教育部新世纪网络课程项目各1项，主持北京市教改及校级教改项目各1项，横向课题5项；参加自然科学基金项目2项（第2承担人），创新基金项目1项。出版学术著作10余部。

　　Mr Huang graduated from the department of electronics and won the doctor’s degree in 2000, now he is a professor in Beijing Normal University, tutor of doctors. He offered course such as probability and statistics, the mathematic method in physics, and the multimedia programming for the undergraduates, while for the postgraduates, he offered functional analysis and multimedia technology, etc. He is tutoring more than 20 postgraduates who major in the educational technology, the technology of the application of computer and the system of communication and information. He is now the vice-dean of the informational science institute and the distance education Institute of Beijing Normal University, and the chief of the distance education laboratory. He is a member and the secretary of the committee of the educational technology in universities of the ministry of education, a member of the expert group of the modern long-distance education, the commissary of the educational technology association and the GCCCE/ICCAI2001.He is also the commissioner of Global Chinese Journal for Computers in Education and Program Committee Member of International Conference On Computers in Education（ICCE/Schoolnet2001）.

　　In 2000, he won the 5th excellent young teacher prize of the Liyun scholarship and the first prize of teaching of Beijing Normal University In 2002, he won the second prize of teaching (science)of Beijing. He hosts one subtask of the national “the ninth five-year plan”, a key technical program of the long-distance education and a new century network course item of ministry of education. At the same time, he hosts respectively one item in education reform in both level of Beijing city and schools, and 5 transverse items as well. He attends 2 items in natural science funding (the second undertaker) and 1 item in innovative funding. He has issued more than 10 monographs.
