Call For Papers The 13th Asia-Pacific Network Operations and Management Symposium Sponsored by KICS KNOM, IEICE ICM http://www.apnoms.org/2011/ The deployment of next-generation networks (NGN) and the trial of fixed-mobile convergence (FMC) services are in progress. We expect to see more and more FMC and content-based services coming to the market. In addition, emerging technologies like LTE and WiMAX will support wireless broadband services within the next two years. In addition, research in the management and architecture of future Internet(s) is gaining increasing importance. The rapid evolution mentioned above hinges on new network infrastructure, business and service models, and associated management platforms and architectures. APNOMS 2011 will encourage open discussions on technology alternatives that focus on the management and operation of current and future networks and services. APNOMS welcomes submissions based on implementation and experimentation, as well as simulation and analytical approaches. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following items: 1) Network Management
2) Architectures, Methods & Technologies
