　　中学生心理健康教育是德育工作的重要内容，心理健康教育要始终与德育教育相结合，要在心理健康教育中寓道德教育 ， 在道德教育中促进心理健康教育。针对学生存在的心理健康问题，结合实际，大胆尝试，积极摸索，不断总结，通过建立学生心理健康档案，开设心理素质训练讲座，坚持写心理日记，开展心理咨询，举办心理健康主题班会，创设心理健康教育环境等形式对学生进行有效的训练。要积极开展青春期卫生教育和指导，通过各种方式对不同年龄层次的学生进行心理健康教育的指导，帮助学生提高心理素质，健全人格，增强承受挫折能力、适应环境的能力。加强学生心理健康教育，培养中学生良好的心理素质，使他们很快适应未来社会的快节奏、高竞争、高压力的生活，使他们学会生存，懂得交流，适应社会。
