China Allotted 200 Million Yuan for Students Returned from Overseas

Ministry of Personnel allotted some 200 million-yuan in 15 years for aiding 4,000 returned overseas students' scientific research and 3,000 short-term overseas students' service in the country.

In order to attract those talents, Chinese government has always been making efforts to improve its service system for returned overseas students to help them realize career ambition.

The ministry set up a service center for providing policy support and service guarantee for overseas students and experts. Some 20 working stations in the service of overseas students were also set up by the ministry, and consultancy organs in other cities were also established to provide returned overseas personnel with necessary services.

A website for providing related information for overseas students was launched by the ministry. In the meanwhile, aiming at making the best use of talents, the ministry has helped the returned students find suitable jobs with a total number of 10,000 heads.
