The Hunan Provincial Service Center for Returned Students has been established to attract more returned personnel to invest or work in the province.

The center aims to provide services for returned students in employment, living, business and consultation.

It handles their registration, identity confirmation and verification of their diplomas abroad.

In the past two decades, more than 320,000 people in Hunan have been sent to study abroad. About 110,000 people had returned by the end of this April. The number of returned people coming to Hunan has risen at an average annual rate of 13 percent.
