  直属上司:教务长
  薪资范围:人民币25500元/月-人民币34300元/月(税前) ,外加住宿和交通等津贴

  岗位职责

  · 在教务长的领导下监督指导相应的学生注册工作;
  · 制定、修改与注册工作相关的一系列政策及流程;
  · 建立一整套学生注册、升级和毕业体系;并负责各种质量保证体系进程(如:教学大纲的认可、年度教学大纲监控及周期性的评审)的运作管理;
  · 与英国利物浦大学的相关办公室人员进行联络,以确保相关教学要求与英国利物浦大学相符合;
  · 确保英国QAA学科质量评估体系和其他审核、任命、安排等管理体系发挥重要的作用,并且对于学校相关部门接受外界专业人士的鉴定予以重视;
  · 确保相关统计报告符合学校内部及外界报导文章的要求;
  · 进行考试安排;
  · 对违纪学生进行处罚,并妥善处理学生的抱怨及投诉;
  · 监督学生对院系的支援服务;
  · 完成学生毕业典礼的安排工作;
  · 确保对用来解决大学的学术问题而设立的大学委员会和工作小组的支持;
  · 在学院行政管理事务上向工作人员指出要多与各部门联络以确保有效的沟通;
  · 完成由教务长指定的其他与本职位相关的工作。

  任职要求

  应聘者须具备以下条件:
  · 具备较高的学历或同等的相关从业资格;
  · 具备较好的IT技能;
  · 具备较好的报告撰写和分析技能;
  · 具备较好的与人共事能力;
  · 具备较好的人际沟通技能;
  · 具备较好的写作与口头交流技能,能妥善处理突发事件;
  · 有在英国高等教育机构工作经验者优先。

  HEAD OF REGISTRY
  Job Ref: C/HR/AA

  ROLE DESCRIPTION

  Reporting To: Academic Dean
  Salary Range: 25500 RMB per month – 34300 RMB per month plus a package including housing allowance, travel etc.

  · To oversee and direct the work of the Registry under the guidance of the Academic Dean
  · To initiate new or revised policies and procedures in relation to Registry responsibilities;
  · To establish, maintain and develop systems for the registration, progression and graduation of students; To manage the operation of the various quality assurance processes such as programme approval, annual programme monitoring and periodic review;
  · To liaise with appropriate personnel and offices of the University of Liverpool to ensure that the requirements of the University of Liverpool are met
  · To ensure that appropriate account is taken within the University of the UK QAA and other regulatory requirements in the context of audit, accreditation and other arrangements, and to co-ordinate the central support provided to departments undergoing external professional accreditation;
  · To ensure that the requirements of the University and external reporting bodies are met in  terms of statistical reporting;
  · To manage examination arrangements;
  · To manage the operation of student discipline, grievance and complaints procedures;
  · To oversee student academic support services;
  · To manage arrangement of graduation ceremonies;
  · To ensure appropriate support is provided for University Committees and working groups established to consider matters related to academic issues in the University;
  · To advise academic staff on academic administration matters and liaise with Departments to ensure effective communications;
  · To undertake any other duties appropriate to the nature and level of the post as identified by the Academic Dean.

  Person Specification

  The successful candidate will have:

  · A good degree or equivalent relevant professional qualification;
  · Excellent IT skills;
  · Excellent report-writing and analytical skills;
  · Ability to work with a wide variety of people;
  · Excellent interpersonal skills;
  · Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate difficult messages; Ability to work in a political environment;
  · Significant relevant experience, preferably gained in a UK Higher Education Institution.
