2. Having achieved quite high academic attainments in related fields; having a good knowledge of educational theories; having a clear vision of disciplinary development;
3. Well experienced in administration and with good organization capability;
4. A PhD degree and the professor title desired;
5. With good health and aged below 50 (Members of CAS and CAE are exceptions).

4. A master's degree and associate professor title or above desired;

2. Once recruited, salary and related welfare will be decided on the university's related regulations on talent recruitment. Negotiation is acceptable.
3. Tenure: One year for trial recruitment. Official tenure will be 2-4 years.
