　　A.Apply excellent leadership and ethical skills toset the‘tone from the top’and promote a positive culture within theorganisation,adopting a whole organisation perspective in managing performanceand value creation.

　　运用卓越的领导才能和道德，在组织内建立“自上而下”的基调，塑造企业文化，以战略的视角进行管理绩效和价值创造。

　　B.Evaluate the effectiveness of the governance andagency system of an organisation and recognise the responsibility of the boardor other agents towards their stakeholders,including the organisation’s socialresponsibilities and the reporting implications.评估公司治理和代理制度的有效性，明确董事会和其他代理人对其利益相关者的责任，包括企业的社会责任和相关报告的影响
