According to Chen Fengbo heading the CAS Personnel Department, CAS will put a backbone force under charge advertising for elites from throughout China.

As is a large elite forced needed by 70 CAS subsidiaries, specifically, 700 individuals with a postgraduate, master degree and doctoral education background will soon be recruited.

Ordinarily one will be regarded as a "white-color" elite by his work in CAS and must be accepted all the more so as one of the "gold-color" should he come to be chosen to work on CAS's "Knowledge Innovation Project".

As things stand with CAS, some 1,300 "gold color" vacancies remain to be filled in its various subsidiaries this year. There are still not many elites having been chosen under CAS to work on its "Knowledge Innovation Project" so far asis known to people.

A fact to the luck of a "gold-color" elite chosen is that he will assured of a higher pay and special allocation for doing his research work. On March 2 alone, it is reported, 41 pioneer departments will be appointed to assignments advertising for elites at Beijing International Exhibition Center.

About 200 individuals with an academic degree of research and associate research fellow along with over 350 doctoral and master degree candidates will be recruited to fill in a corresponding number of vacancies.
