太原理工大学2016年人才招聘公告

  一、招聘岗位

  全校教学科研岗位(具体见《太原理工大学2016年教师招聘专业目录》)

  二、招聘对象

  海内外博士毕业生或博士后出站人员,并满足下列条件:

  1.年龄不超过40周岁;身体健康,符合《山西省申请教师资格人员体检标准及办法》要求。

  2.第一学历为国家统招全日制本科(不含独立学院和民办学院);本科、硕士和博士所学专业方向一致(紧缺人才学科可适当放宽)。

  3.满足下列科研条件要求:

  以第一作者在国内外期刊发表本学科方向高水平学术论文,理工科要求被SCI收录1篇及以上;人文社科要求在国家级刊物发表论文并被SSCI收录1篇及以上或CSSCI(不含扩展版)收录2篇及以上;

  紧缺人才学科(专业):以第一作者在国内外期刊发表本学科方向学术论文,理工科被期刊EI收录2篇,人文社科被CSSCI(不含扩展版)收录1篇或在国家级刊物发表论文1篇。

  导师排名第一、学生排名第二的论文数量按0.5当量计算。

  4.外语水平满足下列之一:CET-6考试成绩达到426分及以上;英语专业取得专业八级合格证;TOEFL、GRE、IELTS、PETS-5等其它相当水平的外语考试取得合格证;具有一年以上国外学习经历。

  5.能够办理毕业生就业报到或博士后出站报到手续。

  三、工作待遇

  1.接收为编制内教师,享受在校正式教职工一切待遇。

  2.岗位待遇:

  依据学习背景、学科类别(海外高水平大学、“985工程” 重点建设大学、“211工程”重点建设大学,国家重点学科等)和学术水平(发表论文、承担项目、成果奖励、发明专利等)分为三档:

  (1)安家费:15~30万元(一档30万元、二档20万元、三档15万元)。上岗后一次性发放50%,剩余50%分5年按月发放,不再享受无房租房补贴。

  (2)科研启动费:理工科8~12万元(一档12万元、二档10万元、三档8万元),人文社科减半。

  (3)岗位津贴:前两年免岗位考核,每年享受4.4万元(专业技术岗位津贴中级一档)的岗位津贴。第三年开始根据工作业绩考核结果享受对应岗位津贴。

  接收博士毕业生的安家费、科研启动费档次由学校评审确定。特殊紧缺人才学科(专业)(建筑学、外语、体育、艺术)接收的博士毕业生可上调一档。

  3.其他

  (1)教学科研岗位接收的博士人才两年内可不承担教学任务,但原则上应完成不低于同级岗位的科研任务。

  (2)自报到之日起,学校及用人单位与其签订《聘用合同》,明确双方各自的权利和义务,来校工作服务期不少于6年。在服务期内原则上不允许调离学校。确有特殊情况要求调离学校的,根据已服务时间比例退回学校提供的科研启动费、安家费和生活设施,按学校有关程序办理调离手续。

  四、招聘方式

  1.登录太原理工大学人事招聘网(http://rczp.tyut.edu.cn/iframeweb/login_loginPage.html)注册报名,填写个人简历信息和应聘岗位,上传相关证明材料。证明材料包括但不限于以下内容:

  (1)本人身份证、学历证、学位证、获奖证书及近期一寸彩色免冠照片电子版;

  (2)能反映本人学术水平的论文、项目、奖励、专利等电子版材料;

  (3)提供本人学习成绩单、英语等级证明、SCI、SSCI、CSSCI检索证明等电子版材料;

  (4)留学回国人员需提供《留学回国人员证明》和由教育部留学服务中心出具的《国外学历学位认证书》电子版。

  2.学校人事处根据应聘人条件及岗位要求对应聘人员进行资格审查。审查通过人员学院等用人单位将及时通知本人来校参加面试答辩。面试时应聘人员请在用人单位领取体检表去校医院进行体检,体检和面试通过后学校将组织相关专家进行评审,并确定待遇档次。评审结束后人事处将通知应聘人员办理签约、报到等手续。

NOTICE ON TYUT TALENTS RECRUITMENT, 2016

  Taiyuan University of Technology (TYUT) has a history of 114 years and is one of the three earliest national universities in China. With the tradition and development of over 100 years, TYUT is now a university with the integration of engineering and science & technology, and with the coordinate development of multiple disciplines. TYUT is one of the first universities for “Outstanding Engineers Program” approved by the Ministry of Education in China. It also undertakes the National Innovation Program among university students. TYUT is included in the “Project 211” – the national higher education promotion program for 100 top universities in China in the 21st century.

  I POSITIONS

  Teaching and scientific research positions. For details, refer to the Catalogue of TYUT Recruitment for Teaching Posts in 2016.

  II REQUIREMENTS

  The applicant should be a doctorate graduate or a post doctor at home or abroad who should meet the requirements as follows.

  1.The applicant should be in good health,under the age of 40, and must meet the requirements of Standards and Measures of Medical Examination for Shanxi Teacher Applicants.

  2.The first degree of the applicant should be full-time university bachelor’s degree after the national entrance examination to universities excluding independent colleges and private colleges. All the bachelor, master and doctoral degrees of the applicant should be in the same area. The requirements could be lowered for the urgently-needed talents at TYUT.

  3.The applicant should meet the following conditions for scientific research.

  ★The applicant should have high-level research papers published in international or national journals as the first author.

  ★For applicant in the field of science and engineering, one or more of the published papers on the discipline should be indexed by SCI.

  ★For applicants in the field of humanities and social science, they should have one or more published papers in their disciplines indexed by SSCI or two or more indexed by CSSCI with the supplement of the journals being excluded.

  ★ For the mostly-needed talents, they are required to produce the published high-level research papers in their disciplines in the international and Chinese journals with the applicants themselves being the first authors.

  ★ For the applicant in the field of science and engineering, two published papers that are indexed by EI should be produced.

  ★For the applicant in the field of humanities and social science, at least one of the published papers is required to be indexed by CSSCI with the supplement being excluded, or one paper should be published in a national journal.

  ★The paper, for which the supervisor is the first author and the applicant is the second one, is counted as 0.5 of a recognized paper for the application.

  4.The Foreign language proficiency of the applicant should at least meet one of the requirements as follows:

  ★ passed the CET-6 test with 426 points and above;

  ★ passed the TEM-8;

  ★ obtained the required scores for one of the following tests: TOEFL, GRE, IELTS, PETS-5 and other language tests of same level;

  ★ has the experience of more than one year of study abroad.

  5.The applicant is available to report to the post. For the applicant on the post-doctor program, he/she should be able to provide the required documents to certify the conclusion of the work at the post-doctor station.

  III PAYMENT AND WELFARE

  1.Once accepted, the applicant will be put on the list of the officially registered employees of TYUT, and are entitled to the salary and all other benefits other TYUT staff have access to.

  2.Payment and Welfare for Different Positions

  The payment and welfare are set as three levels based on the educational backgrounds, disciplines (including the high-level overseas universities, 985 Project universities, 211 Project universities, and national key disciplines, etc.) and academic levels of the talents (including the published papers, undergoing research projects, achievements rewards, patents for invention, etc.)

  ★Settlement allowance

  It varies from 150,000 rmb to 300,000 rmb based on different academic levels of the talents with 300,000 rmb for the first-level ones, 200,000 rmb for the second-level ones, and 150,000 rmb for the third-level ones. 50% of the allowance is provided after the talent has reported to TYUT. The second half will be provided to the talent by month for 5 years. The new faculty will not have the house-renting subsidies.

  ★Scientific research start-up fund

  It ranges from 80,000 rmb to 120, 000 rmb for the talents in the fields of science and engineering with 120,000 rmb for first-level talents, 100,000 rmb for the second-level ones, and 80,000 rmb for the third-level ones. For the talents in the fields of humanities and social sciences, half of the above-mentioned fund is provided.

  ★Position allowance

  For the first 2 years at TYUT, the talents will not go through the annual evaluation by TYUT and will be entitled to the post allowance of 44,000 rmb a year which is the allowance for the lecturer post I. From the third year on, the post allowance will be determined by their performance appraisal carried out by TYUT.

  The settlement allowance, the research start-up fund and the post allowance are decided based on the appraisal results by TYUT.         For the urgently-needed doctorial talents in certain fields including architecture, foreign languages, physical education and fine arts, the professional level can be upgraded to a higher one based on the requirements.

  3.OTHERS

  ★ For the first 2 years, the newly recruited talent with doctorates can choose not to teach, but by TYUT rule they have to accomplish at least the scientific research required for the professional posts the talent take.

  ★ From the day of the registration, TYUT and the employee should sign the “Employment Contract” which clearly defines the rights and obligations of both parties. The period of the employee’s service should be no less than 6 years, during which the teacher is not approved to leave TYUT. Under special circumstance, the staff needs to return the research start-up fund, settlement allowance and living facilities according to the time the staff has served at TYUT, and goes through the required procedures based on the TYUT’s regulations.

  IV RECRUITMENT METHODS

  1. Log on at the recruitment website of TYUT Personnel Department http://rczp.tyut.edu.cn/iframeweb/login_loginPage.html  for the registration for which you need to fill in the personal information, apply for a position and upload related documents which cover but are not limited to the following items:

  ★ The photocopies of ID, diplomas, degree certificates, award certificates, other required qualifications, and an electronic version of a one-inch recent standard photo (the standard for a passport photo except the size);

  ★ The electronic copies of papers, projects, awards, patents that may prove the applicant’s true academic level;

  ★ The electronic transcripts, English proficiency certificate, the official proof of the articles indexed with SCI, SSCI and CSSCI;

  ★ The electronic copy of “Certificate of Study Abroad” and “Foreign Education And Degree Recognition Certificate” produced by Service Center of Ministry of Education in China for those who have studied and obtained degrees abroad.

  2.The Personnel Department of TYUT carries out the qualification examination based on the applicant’s qualities and position requirements. Once the qualification examination has been passed, the related colleges or employers will notify the applicant in due time to take interviews accordingly. Applicants need to get an examination form from TYUT to take a medical examination at the university hospital. Once the applicant passes the medical examination and interview, TYUT will arrange related professors and experts to review and decide on the salary and welfare for the applicant. The Personnel Department will notify the applicant to sign the contract and finish all the rest of the procedures concerned.
