  The HR Office of the University is seeking to recruit a qualified administrator to support the HR Office, in particular, its staff recruitment process across the University and staff support services.

  The job is varied and will involve liaison internally and externally. You will focus on the preparation and co-ordination of all recruitment activities from placing an advert, making interview arrangements and preparing all relevant paperwork. You will also record all the information on a HR system and assist in the generation of statistical information. In addition, you will also work on staff support services.

  You must have a BA in English and MSc in Human Resources Management or Business Management.  Working experiences in human resources are preferred. You should be available to take up the post as soon as possible.

  You will be a team player with proven administrative experience in a busy environment, excellent organisational and good communication skills. You will be able to assess, prioritise, remain calm under pressure, work to tight deadlines and enjoy working in a busy and varied environment. Strong IT and keyboard skills are also essential along with the ability to use integrated systems.

  ROLE DESCRIPTION

  ◆ Assisting in the recruitment of staff at different stages of the recruitment process
  ◆ Conduct New Employee Orientation and Briefings
  ◆ Assist the Head of HR in preparing and issuing contracts of employment and with routine correspondence, including any queries over vacancies, interview arrangement, offer letters, regret letters, contracts of employment, job descriptions and related documents.
  ◆ Track & process End of Contract and Contract Renewals, Terminations, & Resignations
  ◆ Co-Ordinate compensation & benefit administration.
  ◆ Act as the first point of contact for all employees with regards to HR matters, and ensure that positive employee relations are maintained with management and staff
  ◆ Continuously update the HR System and databases with new employees, changes in employee details, etc., ensuring that the Personnel Files are updated promptly and accurately; filing all documents in timely & organised manner. Assist with the creation and distribution of reports as and when required
  ◆ Manage the support services for ex-pats staff
  ◆ Carry out general HR administration which includes preparing minutes, CV management and recording, record management.
  ◆ To undertake any other duties appropriate to the nature and level of the post as identified by the Head of HR.

  PERSON SPECIFICATION

  The successful candidate will have:

  ◆ Bachelor degree in English, or equivalent
  ◆ Masters degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management
  ◆ Excellent IT skills;
  ◆ Excellent report-writing and analytical skills;
  ◆ Ability to work with a wide variety of people;
  ◆ Excellent interpersonal skills;
  ◆ Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate difficult messages;
  ◆ Relevant experience, preferably gained in an international environment.
  ◆ Good knowledge of the culture and customs in the English speaking countries
  ◆ Well-organized and able to cooperative with other team members and foreign nationals
  ◆ You will also possess the following skills:
