-          Although printed copies are acceptable, electronic submission in MS Word, RTF, ASCII text, or HTML format is encouraged,

-          All papers will be reviewed by up to two referees for technical merit and content,

-          Papers accepted for presentation will appear in the conference proceedings, which will be available to delegates at the conference site,

-          Conference Organizers will select, edit and publish papers to be presented at the conference,
