I． Post: machine building and automation
II． Requirements:
The candidates should：
1．be committed to education and fond of science and technology.
2．have high academic level, be innovative in the subject area, have made high-level achievements, and have doctorate degree.
3．be creative , have great development potentialities, scientific prediction in the development of the subject area, innovative conception in the scientific research work, and be capable of developing advanced level research.
4．be prudent in academic work and have high collaborative spirit and great capability of organizing and managing scientific research work.
5．be in good health and qualified for scientific research and teaching work, and be under the age of 50 with some exceptions.
III． Obligations:
1．Teach the core courses, offer innovative courses of the field and instruct graduate students.
2．Sponsor or participate in the subject construction and talent development.
3．Be pioneers in the pioneering fields of the subject and commit to researching ach the subject-constructing objectives with the intention of attaining and surpassing advanced levels both at home and abroad.
IV． Four years is the period for employment, renewable after assessment.
V． Benefits:
TUTE will provide a candidate with RMB ￥ 100,000 allowance for the post. Other benefits will be given in line with the professorship. TUTE will also supply a candidate with RMB 80,000 for settlement, RMB 560,000 for housing subsidization, RMB 200,000 for scientific research commencement and some amount of subsidization for transportation. Necessary office facilities will also be equipped. TUTE will be responsible for the job of each candidate’s spouse of each candidate’ spouse, if needed, assistance with entrance requirements for school age children.
VI． Materials presented by candidate
1. the candidate’s resume and his or her family information
2. the candidate’s academic and scientific research works in the recent five years
3. copies of related certificates
4. the work goal and plan for the post |
