Google announced on Sept. 21 to offer Chinese Picasa, a free download photo software which organizes, edits and shares digital photos more easily.

The software is accessible at http://picasa.google.com/intl/zh-CN.

With user-friendly tools satisfying all users at any level, Picasa manages a large number of photos and pictures and in the mean time refines instant photos into high-quality pictures for users.
