First Russian Ballet School Established in China

   Two famous Russian dancing  schools will jointly set up a ballet school in this capital city  of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province in the middle of  September.

   According to related contracts, the Chinese side will provide  facilities needed by the jointly-run school, and the Russian side  will provide teachers and teaching plans.

   The school, with the name "Harbin Branch of Novosibirsk Ballet  School", will offer four-year education on ballet. The students  will spend three years in Harbin and one year in Russia to  complete their study.

   All qualified graduates will get a diploma offered by the two  Russian dancing schools.
