General Occupations
List Effective May 1, 1997
Effective May 1, 1997, the National Occupational
Classification (NOC) replaces the Canadian Classification and Dictionary
of Occupations (CCDO) as a working tool for the selection of independent
immigrants. The General Occupations List (GOL) converted to the
NOC occupational titles follows.
